More speakers!

Every day brings its share of new challenges, questions without immediate answers, and sometimes growing uncertainties. Whether we're talking about the climate crisis or geo-politics, we probably need to accept this complexity, welcoming it rather than fearing it.
This is the role of TED conferences. And the vision that TEDxCannes has been striving to embody since 2014. A place where we try to "invent tomorrow". Where tough questions can be asked and answered together.
On November 24, we're exploring topics that resonate. In fact, that's the theme of this year's event: "Resonance". As you'll see, every speaker on stage isn't there by chance. They're action-oriented, and we like that.
Today, we're announcing the line-up of four new speakers:

Melanie Marshall
Journalist, Storyteller
Melanie tells stories from the most fascinating and often high-risk places in the world, from Ukraine to Afghanistan to China. A BBC Journalist for over 20 years, she’s internationally recognised for her ability to weave complex threads in a uniquely human and accessible way.

Cédric François
Entrepreneur
An experienced entrepreneur, whose career has crossed commercial, marketing, design, creative, strategic and managerial issues, Cédric François today takes up the challenge of making disruptive and sustainable technology for heating and refrigeration of buildings possible.

Lucie Monticelli
Researcher and start-up cofounder
An ecologist specializing in biocontrol, Dr. Lucie Monticelli, worked for 8 years at INRAE before setting up her company. Her aim is to develop natural and effective solutions to reduce crop pests in a sustainable way.

Baptiste Laurent
Expert in resilient urban greening
Baptiste Laurent is an entrepreneur who seeks to develop innovations for the benefit of as many people as possible, making them part of our daily lives, little by little, and turning them into habits. In doing so, his ambition is to help change the world to make it more pleasant to live in, more welcoming for all, and more sustainable.
Tickets are now available. The event is aimed at individuals as well as companies wishing to immerse their staff, for half a day, in the positive and inspiring world that researchers, entrepreneurs and members of civil society are preparing for us.
I reserve tickets for November 24.
